Amy and Trent helped us with the roller shades. Amy was great at helping me choose the colors, she stayed 2hours helping me with choices. Trent was great at installing, he was very courteous, (we keep shoes off) and he came with clean shoes (he needs to have shoes on for safety of being on tall ladders). Took all the trash with him, installed super quick. Totally recommend this place. Quick to respond to all the inquiries. If you need shades, use this company!!

Having received a flyer in the regular mail about Stoneside Blinds and Shades, we were a tad skeptical about the quality of a custom service and blinds and shades for our home. But we decided to take a chance after looking through their website and set up an appointment. The calm, reassuring, and amenable personality of Lisa at our initial consultation was wonderful and we both felt very well taken of. Lisa asked us and took the time to listen to all our concerns, the look, the amount of light vs. privacy issues, the design aesthetic, everything we could think of. As homeowners, we don’t often know about choices and availability and prices, but Lisa took the time about everything and made us comfortable with the choices we were making. And with a follow-up change in our decision, Lisa was more than understanding, she was empathetic and took to listening to our decision-making for our home and never made it feel it was a ‘designer’ suggestion or advice. She gave us practical thoughts and with real-life experiences and made us assured with our choices. The installer, Francisco, JUST finished the installation and he couldn’t have been more calm and professional at the personal service he provided at both the initial measurement and installation service. Francisco, and his patience in removing his shoes and/or putting on the booties while transporting all the materials today for installation as a detail that I appreciate. His work was meticulous and precise as was proven as he took me around for the final walk-through showing the value of customization, especially with windows that are architecturally beautiful and over 70 years old with details that need to be worked around in terms of blinds and shades. They all fit and sit on the window stills, operate quietly, and look beautiful. The light streams through, can see the window panels through and the frames all look made specifically for the windows. Francisco also was also so open to any questions we had now and if there were any to come in the future. His warmth and professionalism was welcome, especially in providing a service that will noticeably enhance the ambience of a room, and was open to me asking his personal opinions about blinds and shades and how they would affect the feel of a room and to always consider the light coming through various times of the day. It was the experience that we valued and are so appreciative of both Lisa and Francisco, and we both are lucky to have responded to that Stoneside Blinds and Shades in the mail as are very happy and proud of the blinds and shades in our home and the comfortable personal and custom service and attention that both Lisa and Francisco provided that made it so great! Thank you!

The Stoneside Blinds team was terrific. Starting with the appointment setter for Melanie’s consultation, Jonathan followed up with measurements for the blinds to fit the windows, and then, Joseph, who installed the blinds, set the remote to the office occupants liking, and showed them how to use the remote.It could not have gone any smoother. The blinds look amazing!!

I was a little hesitant to call a big company for this job over a blind store fearing high prices. While still a little higher than a discount site they were well priced and totally on top of customer service. They came out, measured, priced them, ordered and installed in a very reasonable amount of time. It was very effortless on my part. I would totally recommend them and Justin the installer.

Had Jason come out as my sales person, he was on time, very kind and helped me through my whole process and even was able to help me find everything I wanted within my budget. Ryan was in the installer same thing very kind, on time, worked efficiently. Came and got me after every rooms windows were done so I can inspect, answered all my questions and all the blinds look great. People always say oh I can save 100 bucks here with this company or why should I go with you guys etc. people like Jason and Ryan are why you go with stone side! He went out of his way to come as quickly as he could to rearrange the blinds and set them back a bit further, as we initially requested to have them flushed with the window. Stoneside Shades was amazing! Steven the designer worked so hard for us and spent so much time to understand our nuanced needs and to make sure we got everything just perfect (we are very picky). After we made our selections and got a quote Fransisco the installer came out a few days later. Measured everything up and in a couple of weeks was back to instal. Price point was well below other quotes. Lots of options. Fit our requirements perfectly.

The aesthetics and quality of the 2.5" faux wood blinds are simply stunning. Tommy Vatcher did an amazing job with the installation and was an absolute pleasure to work with. 1000% satisfied. I also wanted to give Michelle Jamieson a huge shout out for helping us pick out these blinds. She made the entire process super easy and enjoyable, from start to finish.

Stoneside Shades delivered excellent customer service. The cellular shades look very nice. The window coverings were the last part of a long remodel, and I was grateful to have guidance on selecting shades. The in home consultation h eglped make the process easy, as I had very little knowledge about options. My installer was on time, professional and personable. He communicated clearly how long the job would take and did the work efficiently. He made sure everything worked and all of my questions were answered.

Our designer Michelle was extremely knowledgable not only about the product line but what would work great in our house. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are in the pre-installation phase of our (music) room's window treatment. My choice of Stoneside was based on reviews of course, but also just scrutinizing how Stoneside made it easy to catch one's eye to their website, and hold that attention. I chose not to do this on my own, and didn't really appreciate that choice until the designer in Los Angeles, Treasure Workman, arrived for the initial appointment. The process is somewhat more involved than I would have predicted. There were many choices to consider (what do you use the room for, how often, what mood do you want, lighting, etc.). But I realized quickly that having a designer there to answer questions and offering up solutions and challenges as to what might be the best fit for our room was optimal. I believe it is crucial in helping one to know which way to turn. You only need to miss one of the many pertinent angles, and it might be the proverbial straw that you didn't think of allowing for. Trust me, if you want it done right and with a dedicated professional, Stoneside's assessment if of no charge, which means you have nothing to lose. Treasure was quite knowledgeable, and showed a sincere expression of caring how the room will look. She knew what she was doing, that came across very early, and we spent a good amount of time going over the details. Her assistant, Francisco Villarreal, also came out to double-check the measurement a few days hence (measure twice, cut once). Stoneside does this to ensure a proper fit, and it made a difference. Treasure and Francisco have earned my kudos and many thanks up to this point (pre-installation). I am not worried in the least bit about the outcome, and if something should go awry, Stoneside and their excellent design team will make sure it is resolved. It does not come better than this.

I usually do not leave reviews but my experience with Stoneside was exceptional. Jason was a very professional design consultant. He explained everything in great detail, presented me with options that fit my home, and allowed me to choose what I wanted without pressuring me like a salesman. Brandon was great as well. He installed my shades on time and efficiently and even came back to my home afterward to fix a small issue that I had. Very happy with Stoneside and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Recently had motorized and fixed shades installed. Rachel, our Stoneside interior designer gave us a vey thorough and friendly consultation and designed a plan customized for our home and lifestyle. The installation went flawlessly by Francisco and Carlos who were cheerful, professional and faster than expected. Can't emphasize strongly enough that the pricing structure which includes an intuitive professional designer is the only way to go if you want enduring quality and complete satisfaction at a very reasonable price. I checked the alternatives and nobody was even close for the quality I was looking for. All costs and the reasons for those costs were disclosed in an easily understandable way. A plan was shaped to fit my budget and dreams. No sales pressure whatsoever an affirmation of their total customer satisfaction priority. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks everyone.

DESIGN STAGE: Jason had the patience of a saint as he guided my inspection into every ugly and doomed-from-the-start option I mistakenly thought would look great before we ultimately circled back to the very spec he had suggested to begin with. Hours and hours of hand holding but the result was that I felt 100% happy and 100% confident with my choice. INSTALL STAGE: Anthony was the kind of pro who makes you feel 100% comfortable in asking him to tweak something he already completed or delaying his schedule with questions or concerns. That is rare. He also clearly knows his product inside and out and believes in it himself. Finally, he was extremely cognizant and respectful of a chaotic house with cats trying to dart outside at every chance and residents in zoom meetings working from home. OVERALL: I highly recommend Stoneside. I keep hearing that they are not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but honestly compared to other home improvement products/services I’ve paid for, this is THE best in terms of dollars-to-value. Completely transformed my house—just make sure to take your designer’s advice!

Because of multiple problems with our windows being installed, we had to have our shades and blinds installed using 2 separate visits instead of 1. Stoneside was very accommodating about this. William came and did both installs and did a great job carefully measuring everything. Plus he always takes off his shoes when he comes in to do the work!

Let me start off by saying that we love our motorized roller shades. We had been trying to figure out a solution for a two story great room for some time. We knew that drapes would not work because of the size and number of windows. We decided to contact Stoneside to see if they had a creative solution.. We chose them because we saw an overwhelming number of positive reviews online. We were not disappointed. Jason came out to the house and within a short time offered the perfect solution:.Motorized roller shades for each window that could be raised or lowered in groups or individually. The squared off valences blend in perfectly with the window frames and the shade material complements the room and lets in just the right amount of light, Within a week Ryan came out to measure and then returned to do the installation. Even though he was working on a two story ladder, he took his time and made sure that everything was aligned correctly and they all worked smoothly. I cannot tell you what a great feeling it is to watch all of the shades raise or lower in unison with only a soft whirring sound in the background. We liked the shades so much that we just had them install additional shades along a curved staircase. Thanks Stoneside!

ommy came to install new shades after we had issues with some of the original shades due to fabric. He is knowledgeable efficient clean and very pleasant! Very happy with Stoneside

William came by on short notice to adjust our shades, which had been put back in place by other contractors but needed some fine tuning. (We had them installed originally by Tommy from Stoneside, who did a great job.) William helped get everything back in line and replaced some hardware that had been broken, all within an hour. We had shades installed - two level shades in two large living room sliding doors and blackout shades for small windows upstairs. Reba our design specialist was very thorough in our first meeting showing us all our options, clearly explaining the pricing process, with no sales pressure whatsoever. She worked with us on getting the certificate of insurance set up for install in a high rise building. Trent was our installer and was there for both the measuring and installing appointments. He did the install quickly and thoroughly and showed us how to operate the shades including the remote control and recharging process. The whole process from development to install took about two weeks faster than we expected.

I have worked with Stoneside twice in our first home and then again when we moved and love the results so much in both projects. Specifically, the 2 people I worked with to help transform my home earn a shout out - Michelle for the design and consult portion and Scott for the install. Their professionalism, knowledge and customer service are superior. I find that hard to find these days so I appreciate it more than anything. The final product is outstanding. These are blinds I am going to live with for many years and each room now has great, quality shades. Love them!!

Our experience with Stoneside Blinds for window shade installation at my work office was excellent from start to finish. I was in charge of finding a vendor, and Stoneside came in with the best overall value and the best customer service of all 4 vendors I interacted with. Anna came and did our initial measurements and design consult. She was friendly, engaged our staff, showed us different options, made recommendations, and was great with accommodating our budget, since we are a nonprofit organization. Once the custom blinds were ready, Edgardo (who also took our official measurements after going forward with the contract) was also outstanding. William was amazingly efficient, kind and extremely professional. He thoroughly explained how a valence could work for some of the shades where we thought a valence may be better. And he offered to contact our designer to check on the availability of the fabric valence for this type of shade. He also was extremely clean and tidy with every area he worked in. A pleasure to have working in our house!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Stoneside Blinds and Shades. Our designer Amy helped me pick out the perfect solution for two windows in our newly built home, one for a game room and the other for a very sunny primary bathroom. Amy was super efficient and helpful with narrowing down everything from type of shade we wanted and that would work best in the space, followed by quickly assessing which fabrics and level of coverage we would like most in each of the rooms. John stopped by a couple of days after our meeting with Amy to finalize measurements and installation details & a month later we now have beautiful new window treatments that look great! John was running ahead of schedule on our install day & was kind enough to call & check to see if we would like him to stop by early. Both shades were installed quickly and perfectly and I could not be happier!!

Stoneside has been absolutely amazing. The product is quality and the installation process was great. Scott called this morning to ask if he could come a little early. Unfortunately, the process took longer than he had expected. This did not effect his quality of work in the slightest. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.
