Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage a department of 5+ individuals (and growing) and will ensure that his/her team members fulfill their job responsibilities.
  • Fill in on the phones as necessary during high volume times or when otherwise necessary.
  • Structure sales team to quickly follow-up on Leads.
  • Coordination and communication with other departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Operations).
  • Generate qualified leads for the organization and pass them to the outside sales team.
  • Train all team members on approved sales and qualifying process and ensure these processes are consistently followed.
  • Hold regular pipeline and coaching review meetings with the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations with Inside Sales team.
  • Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
  • Manage departmental administrative functions. This includes managing schedules, timecards, and bonuses; conducting interviews, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; praising and disciplining employees; and addressing any complaints and resolving issues.
  • Prospect and develop inbound leads, overcome objections, understand prospects’ needs, and qualify them.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in direct customer-facing revenue-generating roles
  • 1-3 years’ experience effectively managing and coaching others in sales roles
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Aptitude with CRM highly desired

Our average Design Consultants earn approximately $90,000 annually. Over ½ of our consultants earn over $100,000 annually, and our top earners are on track to exceed $200,000 annually, several Designers achieving this within their first year with Stoneside. Responsibilities and Duties

As a full-time Design Consultant, you will bring our mobile design studio to Stoneside clients and design the perfect window coverings for their home or office. We schedule 30 – 40 appointments per month with qualified customers for you (there is zero cold calling). With our proven sales process and in-depth training program, we give you the ability to succeed, and provide you with the tools needed to develop your own network of business, resulting in even more clients and revenue opportunities for yourself.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in outside sales or sales with a proven track record for success
  • Passion and inherent capability for interior design
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, drive, and determination
  • Full-time availability with semi-monthly weekend work required
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current liability car insurance
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs
  • Residence within 30 miles of downtown,

Inside Design Consultant

Stoneside Blinds & Shades is young, fast-growing, technology- based retailer of window blinds and shades, operating in 13 major markets across the United States. Inc. We are looking to add a dynamic, energetic, efficient Sales Development Representative “SDR” to our growing team. The Sales Development Representative’s main responsibility is to provide support for our clients, and our Outside Design Consultants and Installers. Our Sales Development Representatives do this with a positive attitude and are committed to creating a Five Star Window Covering Experience to our clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Qualify leads and set appointments for Outside Design Consultants based on client needs, availability, and grid coordinates
  • Record all information with minimal clerical errors
  • Answer and respond to incoming client/field employees calls, voicemails, emails, and website cases in a friendly, timely manner
  • Manage other lead sources that come in via chat, email and many other sources
  • Positively communicate with all office staff and field service to ensure proper and timely solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Friendly, positive attitude!
  • Ability to multitask and avoid data entry errors
  • Collaborate with Sales team to ensure the highest quality leads
  • Ability to maintain an upbeat tone through your shift to provide a unique and 5-star experience to all
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a call- center (preferred)
  • High understanding of technology and/or able to learn quickly
  • Ability to handle issues and resolve them while remaining positive and helpful
  • Willingness to follow processes and contribute ideas to the team as we continue to grow

In-Home Blind and Shade Installer

We are looking for an energetic, professional In-Home Blind and Shade Installer in the following areas:

  • San Francisco (East Bay Area)
  • Dallas

As a Stoneside Installer, you will be responsible for maintaining all standards and procedures set forth by the Installation Team to ensure that we deliver a "Five-Star Experience" on every installation, measure, and repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure windows and install Stoneside's blinds and shades for residential and commercial customers
  • Ensures all completed measures & installations are accurately documented & transmitted to the Install Team immediately upon completion.
  • Adheres to scheduled appointments and arrives at all appointments on time.
  • Follows all standards and procedures including material handling and work processes.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, and remains friendly, polite, courteous, and professional at all times.
  • Works to identify solutions with installation orientation or placement of the shades on-site when necessary.
  • Ensures that all materials, field supplies, and equipment are maintained and accurately inventoried at all times.
  • Provides care for customers' property to ensure it remains protected and undamaged.
  • Maintains timely communication with all Stoneside colleagues
  • Demonstrates the product in-home, reviews product operations, ensures the customer understands how to use the product properly and that the customer is satisfied
  • Delivers a Five-Star Experience on every measure, install, or repair every time.

Requirements and Skills

  • 2+ years millwork, installation (cabinets, doors/windows, molding, flooring), finished carpentry, remodeling/renovations experience or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years in customer service
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills while interfacing with all levels of Stoneside staff and customers
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, safety guidelines and procedure manuals.
  • Basic math skills required. Ability to read a tape measure and convert nominal measurements
  • Ability to work independently
  • Own standard set of tools
  • Current and valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check, clean driving record and no felons
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 35lbs, and climb up and down ladders
  • Residence within 30 miles of downtown
