I am a 90 year old man and have a difficult time explaining some things so I will just say that the lady that came to my house to sell me the blinds was very polite and helpful and then I got an e-mail saying I had to remove the old blinds and clear the areas of furniture and things blocking the installer this was upsetting as I am unable to the climbing and lifting .My worries proved unfounded as the installer told me not to worry he di it all and replaced everything when he was done .He was very competent and kind and did a great job in short great product, great people.

I love working with Dana and Stoneside. They always ensure the finest white glove service. High touch, personal, quality - and beautiful blinds.

The blinds and curtains arrived on time as stated in the contract and Amun did a terrific job measuring and installing them! Very professional across the board. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Stoneside came highly recommended to us (especially Anna, who we met with). the company has high quality products and top notch service. Anna spent a lot of time getting to know our space and our style. She met with us multiple times to help us pick out what worked best for us, and we learned a lot from her.

Five stars. I had a great experience designing and installing my new top-down window coverings. Dana was friendly and walked me through all of my options in detail. We ended up choosing something that works perfectly for my space. Thank you, Dana! Amun handled the installation and was excellent to work with! He kept me updated on the timing and even arrived a bit early, which worked better for my schedule. He was professional, easy to talk to, and installed everything smoothly. He also made sure I understood how everything works before he left. I’m really happy with the result and highly recommend their team!

From beginning to end, I love working with Stoneside. Rebecca had excellent suggestions for the window treatments after she listened to what I wanted and how we live. With kids, we needed something that would look great and be very durable. She was also very sensitive to cost which I appreciated. I received regular communication from the team about appointments, updates on delivery, so I had very realistic expectations. On install day, Dustin arrived with a smile on his face and installed the blinds in no time. He even adjusted some blinds from a previous project with Stoneside. I have admired their work several times and LOVE that I can open and close the shades so easily. Thank you everyone at Stoneside!

Everything about working with Stoneside Blinds was easy. We wanted a company that could help us with both design and installation since we'd just completed a whole house remodel. We met with designer Sarah, who helped talk us through options and colors, and when consistency of color is important since we needed blinds for two floors. Sarah measured all of our windows and Alan, the installer, came a few days later to double check all measurements so that the blinds would fit perfectly for our custom sized windows. The blinds were ready sooner than expected, Alan expertly installed them in a short amount of time, and we absolutely love the finished look. Our Stoneside blinds complete the look we wanted for our newly remodeled home.

Quick and polite service. Both our designer and installer were always on time and easy to communicate with and helped make a recommendation for our roller blinds with design in mind. Thank you Stoneside for sending John to reconnect the chain on our 9 x12 shade. He explained the use and cautions to watch for which will help us. He adjusted the distance the shade will drop so it won't catch under the window sill. We so appreciated John's help!

We had to replace a Somfy motorized shade where the material ripped. Unfortunately you can't replace just the fabric and had to replace the entire unit. But everything went great; it was a smooth process and fairly quick. Isidro was quick in getting measurements, uninstalling the old/installing the new shade and programing it to the existing remote. And Maria our designer, was great in finding a near perfect match (because the original color was no longer in production after 8 years). I highly recommend the team here in Seattle, WA!

The Roman shades look amazing! Alan did an amazing job installing the Roman shades and faux blinds we ordered. He got everything done in less than 2 hours. We will be ordering from Stoneside again!

Highly recommend Stoneside. Rebecca came to our home early September and Edgardo is just now installing blinds in our kitchen, den, dining and living room. Rebecca’s consultation was fun and easy because she listened well and really knows her products- we decided before she left the house. Edgardo is an installation professional. Start to finish was 6 weeks- and could have been completed sooner but we had to delay. Every step of the way was accompanied by a phone call and or a text or email. Communication was excellent. Thank you, photos to follow are not the best- excuse the mess! Happy to recommend this company and Rebecca and Edgardo.

Amy was super easy to work with as a consultant and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! John did a superior job measuring and installing our new valances! He noted the need for two different sized rods and will order the correct size with no problems. Edgardo showed up the next week for formal measurements. Every step we got a call/text/email or all of the above. Edgardo finished installing today- 6 weeks after we ordered. And we delayed the install by a week. Very smooth sailing and we are really happy with the result.

Vincent and John did an amazing job installing shades in our 7500 sq ft. building! What I thought would be a 6 or 7 hour job took lees than 4. They also answered our questions and made any adjustments that we requested!

Reba, our design consultant, was absolutely fabulous to work with. I had previously met with another company that left me feeling confused and not confident about the design choices. During my appointment with Reba, you could tell she has not only been in this industry for a respectful amount of time, but she also has valuable interior design experience. The appointment was thorough, the pricing was shockingly competitive even though their quality is known to be higher, and the overall experience was smooth, which is exactly what I’m looking for at seven months pregnant in the final weeks of building a home.

This has been a great experience from start to finish. My inquiry was responded to within hours and I easily set up my appointment with Alex. Alex had a wonderful sense of my hesitation to try something new and had the perfect solution for my living and dining room windows. Carlos installed everything today and I am loving my refreshed rooms. Both Alex and Carlos are pros at what they do. I will definitely recommend Stoneside to others and will use them again for future window needs.

Was given an estimate on the spot, and once confirmed I had my blinds installed within about 6 weeks. Dave the installer couldn’t have been more pleasant, and he left the room clean upon departure. Great customer service. Carlos, who came to take final measures, was even kind enough to fix some of my existing roller shades that had broke. I shopped around a bit and their prices were very reasonable, and the rep had given me an even better option than roller shades for my master bedroom to give me the privacy and room darkening capabilities that I wanted. Highly recommend!

Dana came over for an on-site walk thru for our estimate and was a delight to work with on this huge project. We had 37 windows and each line item estimate was clear and detailed. Amun came and spent the last two days installing the window treatments and they look stunning. He’s an incredibly kind and very hard working man, did the entire project on his own. Programmed all the remotes for us, notched some baseboards for a perfect fit, and cleaned up after the install was over. Very happy we chose Stoneside for this.

Replaced my old manual shades with motorized shades. Stoneside was outstanding from the start to finish. Melanie was pleasant to work with that decided to purchase the same day she came for in-home consultation. Customer service was excellent. Response from Melanie and team was very quick. Overnighted the swatches although wasn’t in any hurry. Joe who did the measurement was professional and engaging that I wanted him to also do the installation. He was on time and did excellent job with installation paying attention to details and explaining things to me. Thank you Stoneside for making this a pleasant experience!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Our designer Dana was super enthusiastic and pleasant to work and helped us select the perfect treatments for our home. She gave us so many options, never hurried us, and clearly worked to ensure that we were making the right choices. Installation with Amun was excellent as well. He worked carefully, efficiently, and thoroughly, even patching up holes left by the prior blinds that we removed. He showed up right on time and finished everything way ahead of schedule while clearly making sure to take care of surrounding furniture. We had a very pleasant experience with Stoneside and would love to work with their team again in the future!

We had a great experience with Jada and Jerry. Jada was so fun to work with, and she perfectly executed our vision. She helped us select the best fabric and design to suit our needs/design preferences. Jerry was also a pleasure to work with. He had a positive attitude, and he efficiently measured and installed our design. He took a lot of care when working in our home. Both Jada and Jerry are incredibly knowledgeable which made the entire experience seamless. Alan Anderson was wonderful. He took care of the surrounding furniture, handled a very minor glitch quickly and explained everything! So far everything had been great!
