They arrived timely and spent all the time needed to make sure the window treatments were perfect and that we were comfortable with operation of remote controls. When they encountered an issue caused by settling of one of the walls in our family room, they worked creatively to find a solution that resulted in clean straight lines - not an easy task! I cannot recommend this company and these three individuals highly enough!

Very professional and helpful staff. Ashley was great in helping us pick out the right shades without any uncomfortable sales pressure or upselling. Communication on installation expectations was excellent. Carlos was top notch for the installation. Showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up completely. He explained everything about the working and maintaining of the shades. We misplaced charger and Carlos brought us new charger and explained timing of charging process again at no charge. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Just got my shades installed and I have to say that Tommy, shades installer and the entire company are the best of the best. I did my research in trying to get the best, high end and affordable type of shades out there...and all the other high end shade stores will generally rip you off with the worst customer service and try to up sell you on everything. But with my consultation with Tommy through Stoneside, he made the while experience easy, seamless, made me feel valued, didnt waste my time at all, knew my price point and made the whole experience enjoyable. Will only stick with this company from now on!

Installation went smoothly with Carlos arriving early as I had a time commitment. Every part of the process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

I don't leave reviews often but Michelle & Amun were a class act from start to finish. Michelle listened intently and made the perfect suggestions based on my desires, all with patience and ease. I love the blinds I chose with her guidance. And Amun is something else. His attention to detail is unparalleled. Many of our windows are uneven (several of the 11 windows he worked on) which made installation difficult at times. He patiently and adeptly troubleshooted each one, tweaking each to my preference, with ease and joy. His communication was also impeccable in both the measuring appt and install appt. He's clearly incredibly talented and a pleasure to have in my home for hours. My blinds were installed 10 days earlier than expected, 3 days before Christmas. I've worked with many contractors and several window-related vendors. This was my best experience by far.

We got our old Roman shades replaced with Stoneside and they did an amazing job with giving us modern shades with solar charging. Rebecca was super patient in helping us choose the right design. No pressure whatsoever as she recommended we start with one room to see how we like the design we ended up selecting. Also, Edgardo is amazing. He was a fantastic installer who was very detail oriented. He also took time to show me all of the different functions on the remote to program the shades. I have had Stoneside install custom blinds in two homes and I highly recommend their services. They are diligent in their communications and have a great, high quality selection. After my initial contact with the business, they arranged for Dana to come out to my house to show me samples and take measurements. She followed up as needed to confirm selections and finalize payment. Next, Scott came out to confirm measurements. Once the custom blinds were finished and shipped to Denver, Scott came back out for the install. He was very kind and professional and finished the install quickly. He took the time to make sure I understood how to work the remote controlled blinds across multiple windows. These guys slay ????

We have been delighted with Stoneside Blinds and Shades. When we moved into our home six years ago, we worked with Jason and Brandon to select and install shades for two-thirds of our house. They were both wonderful. Six years later we decided to install shades in our den and dining room. We called Stoneside, and we were delighted to hear that Jason and Brandon were still there. That in and of itself speaks well of Stoneside, Jason, and Brandon. We of course requested the same design and install team. This time, we went with motorized shades, and we are delighted with the end result. Again, we had the same quality of product, design attention, and expert installation. Stoneside, Jason, and Brandon are excellent to work with. We are very pleased with all of our shades and our experience.

I consulted with multiple drapery installation companies, and while Stoneside is not the cheapest, the design consultant, Alex, that met with us provided so much time and care during our appointment. We went through multiple binders of samples, with Alex providing his expert opinion on warmth, design, size, etc. Alex was available for all questions and set up a video call to go over the contract before we signed. Once the contract was complete, Stoneside sent one of their installation technicians to assess what is needed for the job. Our technician, Edgardo, was so kind and knowledgeable. The day of installation (2 weeks sooner than quoted!) Edgardo installed the drapery efficiently and with so much care. We couldn't believe how fast he was and how perfect and effortless everything seemed. He even vacuumed the area after the installation was complete! Again, highly recommend Stoneside. They are not trying to be the cheapest, they are trying to be the best. Alex and Edgardo, 10/10!!!

Amun cam out to repair 1 stuck and 1 sticking blinds. As it turns out the interior cord was badly tangled and it was a bit of a puzzle to get fixed. He kept at it and we got it done.y dogs really liked him too and they are very picky about people. 10/10 I do recommend

I had a great experience with stone side! I was replacing 3 beloved Roman blinds that were well passed their sell by date. I had a vision in mind, wanted horizontal blinds in a wood color. Cue Dana and her advice on what I was envisioning, she had an extensive color sample book and we did find the color I wanted but on listening to Dana and how my vision would look in the room I changed my mind and went with the same color as the window frame. Couple of weeks later Dave showed up to install the blinds, stone side gave me an hour timeslot for install, not some wild 3 or 4 hour window that some other blind company would give. Dave was prompt, efficient and didn’t mind going over his work with me so I could feel good about the blinds. I am very, very happy with my new blinds and am so relieved Dana had such a good design vision, she definitely steered me in the right direction. Can’t recommend this team highly enough and stone side for such a seamless experience. Will definitely go to them sgain

I appreciated how well my designer, Harry, listened to my interests. Unlike other companies who all had to tell me what was trending and go through and entire pitch, Harry heard my interests and immediately offered the products I was looking for. Along the way, he ensured that I knew options within the range desired. When Rusty arrived to measure, he discovered that one of my windows didn't have space for the chosen blinds. He told me a way to prepare the window that would allow my choice. When all of the window coverings arrived and were installed, they looked and worked exactly as I'd imagined they would. It's also worth noting that there were no games with the costs involved. Even without the supposed discounts offered by other companies, my expenses came in within 10% of other bids. No games, great results!

This has been a wonderful experience working first with the decorator, Anna (we made the selection and finalized the contract in one visit.). Then the scheduler, Maria (who quickly got back to me). And, especially with Edgardo who installed the new drapes. The entire process was seamless. My drapes are just what I wanted! And what I liked foremost was dealing with one entity—Sunside. No chasing down contractors. They work as a Team. Yay!

What was particularly different about Anna was degree to which I felt like I was working with someone who was advising me exactly as they'd advise a family member. Also, she did a lot of simple things that I simple did not receive from the others (e.g., she turned on her phone's flashlight to help me see the difference between samples in terms of light filtering. Simple idea, I know. But I hadn't thought to do it and neither did the other reps who visited me. And it was entirely illuminating). There was no moment that felt pitchy or like up-selling. Contrary to other reviewers, in my personal experience, I did not find there to be a significant price difference among companies (I'd define that as more than 10%). So, the real difference for me lay in the quality of the products, and nature of the advise/consultation. I did not question Anna's knowledge or selfless intentions for a single moment. Add to that, Stoneside has a process that is really reassuring. From Anna to the follow-up team who swung by to confirm measurements, to the explanation Anna gave of the process from purchase to installation. This firm just feels like a really well-oiled machine. All of the parts in synch and working well. All of these qualities I found to be deserving of all of the stars available.

We really love the shades we purchased. Professional designer did a great job and Jerry the installer was excellent. He treated our house as his own. Would use this company again for any further purchases.

Stoneside Blinds & Shades offered us the most comprehensive service, from initial consultation to measuring and re- measuring to the final installation. Alex and Carlos gave us exactly what we wanted and more. Alex listened and heard my wife's need for external light modulation while we both wanted the convenience of remote controls. Sun shades were our basic requirements, then came the fine tuning with % of light allowance, color scheme, remote controls, etc. We cannot recommend Stoneside more enthusiastically! If you want a company that listens and gives you what you want and need, and not just sell you what they have, you need to get Stoneside's advice. And, their prices are fair and very competitive.

Stoneside's thoroughness, attentiveness, and ability to prioritize the customer is unmatched. I worked with Ian specifically and he was great! He was able to meet me at my restaurant and came super prepared with multiple styles, types, and samples so that I could see how each metric effected the type of shades I'd be getting. Ian was incredibly professional and helpful in getting the quote set up and was a pleasure to work with. He was also the one who did the initial installation about 5-6 years ago and he was also awesome then as well. Today just showed me that Rusty is consistently a bad mamma jamma! Absolutely great product-we have all new gorgeous blinds-and great team. Michelle was our designer and because of her expertise she made our selection experience so efficient and effective. We love everything we chose! The installers Ryan from Chicago and Dave from Norwood were just incredible. Both of them were so kind, so thoughtful, and ever so careful with the installation process. Everything was left cleaner than when they started! They also took the time to explain how the remotes and chargers worked. It was also so refreshing because Dave spoke so highly of Stoneside and in particular of his boss. I highly recommend Stoneside and their outstanding team.

Scott and Johnny these blinds are amazing. Install was quick and painless with no mess. Scott took the time to let me know what would work better as far as looking when installing and showed me the differences before installing on living room window. He even patched up some paint that was previous scraped off due to wear and tear. I highly recommend these guys and Stoneside Blinds.
