Great experience from ordering through installation. My wife really wanted roll shades so this year I made the call. Honestly, the product was a bit more expensive than I would've guessed, but we did pick a higher end material. The process was efficient and clear from start to finish. The windows were measured twice, once by the sales rep then again by the installer. Our installer Ryan, was pleasant, professional, and worked at a steady pace; taking time to answer our questions and to offer pointers on best way to handle our purchase. He demonstrated how to remove and replace the shades when necessary and how to position shades for best effect. The material and color we chose are perfect and truly have transformed our window spaces into something special. All things considered, we won't hesitate to recommend Stoneside.

Jason for design and Anthony for installation are highly recommended. I was looking for motorized custom shades for my wall of sliding doors. Curtains just would not work for my space. Jason actively listened to my wants and was amazing at answering all of my questions and making appropriate recommendations. I could tell he took pride and great care in his work. Anthony per-measured, coordinated with Jason, and the team made adjustments as I needed to ensure that the work was exactly how I wanted. The main office was also very responsive. Anthony installed the shades today with great attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied with the way my space turned out! My entire experience with SSB was been top notch. I definitely recommend SSB for your custom shade needs.

I had no idea what I was doing and she helped me pick out the perfect shades, at the price point for which I was aiming. Carlos came and measured when I was out of town and he made it so easy! He's very communicative. When he came to install, he was very friendly and competent. He showed me how to charge my shades, programmed my remote how I wanted, and reminded me about warranties. The shades look perfect and they're very quiet. I am so pleased!

Rachel Snyder our designer was terrific to work with in selecting our fabric for motorized blinds for our 12 foot family room slider. She's professional, knowledgeable and has a delightful demeanor. John the installer did a great job of installing the blinds and kept us updated about his arrival time to install. Before leaving, he made sure we were happy with the blinds and how to use the remote and removed all of the packing materials etc. Very tidy. Our order came in much quicker than the original 7 week estimate. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Rachel, John and the Stone side team! Highly recommend.

Stoneside installed the perfect window covering solution for our living room. Michelle came up with a fantastic idea to combine motorized blackout shades with inside mounted light filtering shades so we can have a fully customizable option for lighting and/or privacy. Scott was on time, courteous, and made sure his installation was absolutely perfect. They look amazing !

Friendly, professional, timely, and within all the projections and promises the company made. This felt like a special project to us, and we are quite pleased with the outcome. We appreciate the team that served us… Michelle, who got the ball rolling, Ryan and Scott, who took care of measurements and installation. It is quite a large shade, about 140 inches wide covering three small but very high windows that are exposed directly to Western sunlight. We used sun and heat blocking honeycomb blinds that look great in our setting. Grateful to have this done so well!

This process was so simple from start to finish. I called and the very next day Treasure was at my house going through samples and designs with me. We quickly decided on shades and she scheduled a final measurement and within a couple weeks our shades arrived. Francisco was the one who did our final measurements and installation. He was professional and called when he was 30 minutes out, courteous while in our home, precise with installation, and gave me a thorough rundown of our new shades once he was finished with the install. I highly recommend using stone side!

We found Stoneside Blinds & Shades after some research on Google, and have no regrets choosing them for our window treatments. Our designer/installer team was Rachel (designer) and Fransisco (installer), and they were both outstanding! Both were super personable and possessed an expert knowledge in their respective areas. We opted for two motorized blackout roller shades in a textured off-white color (their selection of colors and finishes is extensive!) over our master bedroom sliding doors, and semi-transparent manual roller shades on beaded pull chains over the kitchen windows. Both shades look fantastic after installation and do their specific jobs well. We're delighted that we can now block out the bright morning sun and heat when needed, while still enjoying our view when we want! We are 100% satisfied with our choice in this company and their employees and products, and would confidently recommend them to others customers looking for beautiful, high quality window treatments in their homes. Give them a try.

I've been very satisfied with my Stoneside shades for over four years. Recently the charging wire in my motorized shades broke. Luckily it was still covered under warranty. The part came quickly and Francisco came to swap it out for me. Francisco was communicative, efficient and friendly. Excellent customer service!

We are very pleased with the look and practicality of our shades! Working with the team of Melanie, Joe, and John was seamless and easy. Melanie listened to our concerns and needs and came up with a plan for our windows quickly and professionally. Her measurement estimates were good, so when Joe came to measure for the final construction and installation of the shades, he could also spend time explaining how they would fit and how the installation would go. We were called a couple of weeks later, made an installation appointment and Joe and John showed up on time and did a beautiful job of installing a very high , very wide shade over a set of windows and also shades on glass French doors in the house. Carlos came to install our custom motorized shades throughout the house and did phenomenal work. He was here for a few short hours and did a professional install, talking us through every step of the process and answering any questions we had. This is a review about Jerry who did the measuring and installation of my shade. Since I didn't want a shade (but my husband did) I was picky about the install. He answered tons of questions, got the shade length (and a few other details) perfect, and then spent a large amount of time, working with coworkers, to figure out how to use my cell phone to operate the blind. Edgardo did a great job repairing a shade that was damaged when some painting was done. He carefully assessed the problem, replaced a part, and adjusted the shade so that it now works perfectly. I’m always weary when I make bigger purchases. Am I getting a good price? Will this company stand by their product? I can say that the answer is yes with Stoneside. The purchase process was smooth and install was good. This was a year ago and this week I called cause of a kink in the blind. They sent someone out and fixed it since it has a warranty. Didn’t have to pay the their tech Edgardo was super fast and kind. Seems it was a rare fluke in the string that sometimes happens. Made me feel good that they didn’t look for a way to charge me and stiff by their product.

We bought an 18yo house in 2020. When the cord on a bedroom shade broke in 2022, I called Stoneside. The new shades we got for both bedroom windows are a great match for our walls. When the vertical shade on our 3-panel sliding glass door gave out recently, we didn't think twice about who to call. Melanie and Joe did a great job both times helping us find a good material, color, etc. and then installing the new shades and taking away the old ones. I told her my vision, and I felt she executed it perfectly while also giving her professional experience and opinions. Edgardo was installer and was amazing and kind and timely. We bought from Stoneside a couple years ago and recently remodeled our basement, I reached back out Michelle Hayes in sales and she was awesome to work with again. When it came time for the install, Scott came back out and was fast and efficient. Two company employees still working four years after our first purchase and it felt so nice to pick right back up. Stoneside's customer service is great! We were very happy with our initial installation. After 5 years we had an issue with one of our shades. A brief phone call with the nicest representative resulted in an in-home visit the following week. Carlos arrived on time, and our shade was repaired and replaced quickly. Carlos even took the time to use a laser level to ensure the shade was properly reinstalled and working. Thank you, Stoneside!

We love our blinds but more importantly we move the team that helped us get there. James helped us pick the absolute best match for our house could not have done it without him. Products were delivered several weeks early and Dustin installed them seamlessly the whole experience from communication to delivery was exceptional. I recommend this group to everyone looking for blinds.

I recently had a first time consultation with Stoneside Blinds & Shades. I had the pleasure of having Steven as my design consultant. Because this was my first time inquiring about drapery, my knowledge of custom drapery was very limited. Steven used his designer expertise to help me decide which product(s) would be best for my home. He patiently listened to what I had envision for my living room. As a designer consultant, Steven gave me some design recommendations that were simply amazing. I 1000% recommend Stoneside! As a first-time home owner, we were lost on what was what with window treatments. Jada was our designer and walked us through everything, and Jerry was was our installer. He was incredibly thorough and professional, and our new shades look amazing!!!

Ryan was efficient, friendly and very considerate as he spent a day and a half putting window coverings up in my daughter and son-in-law’s home. He was professional and communicated about final adjustments etc. Furniture that was moved was replaced and not a speck of dust was visible from the drilling after he finished.
