Stoneside Customer Reviews

The entire process with Stoneside was great. Michelle went over all available options at my house and met for over two hours, providing advice and comments between fabrics, colors, types of coverings, etc. After making a decision the next step was measurement, which Scott completed promptly and quickly. Fabrication time was then about 4 weeks and installation scheduled quickly. Installation was a breeze with Scott working efficiently and cleanly. I'm very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Stoneside. Pricing was comparable or better than other companies I looked at, such as Costco.

Shane is super fast and pro. Great work. Thank you

Hector did an amazing job with the installation and it is perfect! Amy was amazing to work with and helped us make the right decision (which was different than we thought we wanted ??). So thrilled with our new shade! This team is amazing to work with and communicated very well!

Alan is so efficient and helpful.

James and Dave did a fabulous job helping us to decide on the panels. Easy comms for install and professionally done as always. I would highly recommend . Tony Robison

Awesome works, great install and consultant.

Hector did a great job! On time, respectful Installation was smooth and efficient. Amy was very helpful with her design suggestions

Amy the designer and Hector the installer were absolutely incredible. Installation was nice and smooth and on time. I LOVE my window treatments. This whole process was stress free.

We had treatments installed in 2019. The treatments have lasted and to date look like new. We had a couple of minor hardware issues. John, who installed our products originally, is an expert in this field. He had non problems repairing the pieces. I would recommend Stoneside to anyone wanting long lasting window tea for their home. The company is responsive and professional. Thank you so much!

Oliver was great!

John and Reba took care of us and everything looks great!

The whole process with James and Dave, the installer were excellent. Everything was done when they said it was gonna be done, and installation was done in the very professional way. Very happy with the whole experience.

GREAT service all around - from designer, scheduling/customer service and installer. All very professional, knowledgeable and expedient for a very high quality product and personalized service. Highly recommend.

Amun was very helpful and gave us a heads up when he was on his way with an eta. Excellent customer service.

Amy was so helpful and patience guiding us thru the selection process, and John’s installation was professional and courteous!

Catherine, Aj, and Dustin were amazing. Catherine, the designer, knew what I wanted and helped finalize colors quickly. AJ did the measurements and Dustin did the installation in under an hour. What set Stoneside apart from other vendors was their customer support. Catherine was one of two vendors that followed up with me and thus made a big difference!!! I had more questions and she responded quickly. I highly recommend Stoneside for your blinds/shades needs!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Anna was my designer and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She came to my home, helped me choose the right design, followed up through several Zoom calls, and even met with my architect to ensure everything complemented the overall aesthetic of our home. AJ handled the measurements and installation and arrived right on time for both appointments. He was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. I compared five different window-treatment companies, and the pricing was right in the middle of the quotes I received. The estimated lead time was also accurate, and everything was delivered and installed as scheduled. I'm extremely happy with both the finished product and the service. Thank you, Anna and AJ, for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable!

We had a fantastic experience with Stoneside Shades from start to finish. After looking at several shade companies, we ultimately chose Stoneside because they offered the most complete white-glove service, and that really made a difference. Our designer, Alex, was fantastic. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to come to our place, walk us through different options, listen to what we were looking for, and then use his expertise to guide us toward the right selections. Our window molding made the design and installation a little less straightforward, but Alex was thoughtful and creative throughout the process and made us feel completely taken care of every step of the way. The lead time from manufacturing to scheduling installation was also surprisingly fast. When installation day arrived, Rafa did an amazing job. He was efficient, professional, and had 7 sets of shades installed beautifully in about two hours. And the finished shades look amazing. They're beautiful, functional, and exactly what we were hoping for. We would absolutely recommend Stoneside, especially if you're looking for more than just someone to sell you shades. Having an expert guide you through the entire process, from design through installation, was incredibly valuable. A really great experience all around!

Vince did a fantastic and accurate job installing our blinds. Anna was great in helping us pick our blinds. Definitely a cut above in terms of service.

Tommy was my installation coordinator and he went above and beyond, even giving me temporary blackout shades to tide me over until the custom shades can be made. Very happy with the customer service here.

AJ and Vince were communicative, professional, and swift. Thanks!

I could not be more pleased with my decision to work with Stoneside. From my initial call, to meeting with Alex to thoroughly consider my needs and options, watching Vince take extreme care with measuring each window, and then having Justin do an outstanding job installing all the shades, I was well informed as to timeliness, expectations, and introductions as to who would be working on the project. Each person was professional in every context and a pleasure to meet. And the shades are perfect and meet my needs and hopes fully and completely. I wholeheartedly recommend Stoneside.

We are so impressed with the service we received today. AJ came out to repair our valance, and the entire experience was seamless. He was punctual, professional, and very polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. Thank you, AJ for the excellent work!

Oliver did an excellent job installing all of our new window shades. Polite, friendly, and very professional. Thanks

Bijan was very nice helpful and professional

Amun was friendly and professional and quick!

Oliver fixed the new shade for us. He was very professional. Helped me set up the app to automatically raise and lower the shades. Very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend Stoneside.

Quality product, despite some delays the communication was good. Our installer, Alan was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient

We're happy with the Stoneside shades installed after we moved into our new home. From design to installation, communication and customer service has been great. When we needed repairs to one of our shades under warranty, Stoneside was responsive and Vince did a professional and efficient job making fixes and installing the replacement while being very respectful of our home.

I purchased my Stoneside blinds about 4½ years ago and have been very happy with them. A couple of weeks ago, one of my shades stopped working and I could no longer raise it. I called Stoneside, and because this was my first service call, there was no charge. Joe came out to repair it and was wonderful—very friendly, and professional. He replaced the mechanical component that had failed and had everything working again in under 30 minutes. Overall, I’ve been very happy with both my Stoneside blinds and the service they provide when an issue comes up. Great customer service and a very positive experience.

First, Anna helped me and my husband pick colors to match our furniture and paint and type/ design to match the functionality of shades in the room. She has a great sense of humour and a kind and friendly personality. Next, Rafael and Dustin came to install the blinds. They were both very nice and friendly. They patiently helped me set up my App and programmed the remote to suit my needs on a complex set of 6 blinds in the master’s bedroom. They were fast and efficient in their work. I highly recommend them and this company for shades in a newly renovated home.

We had a wonderful experience with Isidro from Stoneside Blinds & Shades. We weren’t completely happy with our original installation and product by another installer, so Isidro went above and beyond to make things right. He was incredibly thorough with the measurements, took the time to understand the issues we’d experienced, and did an excellent job with the installation. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference and completely turned our experience around. We really appreciated the extra effort Isidro put in and couldn’t be happier with the work he did. He’s a fantastic representative for Stoneside, and we’d absolutely recommend him!

Justin was great to work with. Clean and professional.

We are very happy we chose Stoneside for our blinds! Everything from the consultation to the measurement to installation went very smoothly. Dana, Will, and Dave were very responsive and made the process easy.

Marty and Brandon the installer did an excellent job. The blinds look beautiful.

Amun and Scott did an amazing job, not only with our installation, but also with a customer service call to recharge one of our automated blinds. There are so many options out there for high-quality blinds, but the customer service at Stoneside is truly what made the difference for us. They've been wonderful to work with from start to finish!

Rebecca did a great job helping us select our new blinds. Vince measured and installed them. He also did a great job. Was punctual and extremely accommodating. He moved furniture and cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades.

Vince was excellent! very helpful and efficient. We love our Stoneside Blinds - they look great and provide the privacy and control over glare and solar heat gain that we were hoping for!

Bijan was very professional and polite and installed our blind quickly and without any mess.

Bijan did an exceptional job installing our blinds for our French doors. He was quick and efficient. 10/10 work!

We went to Stoneside Blinds with a high recommendation from our daughter and furnished our condo with their shades. They did not disappoint us. Every step went as per schedule. Designer Antwan was creative and quick in grasping our needs. Installer Efrain is a perfectionist and smilingly did a cool job. We are highly satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!

Francisco was great to work with and was very efficient installing our shades, which look amazing!

Francisco with Stoneside measured and installed our blinds at a commercial property I operate. His customer service was amazing, fast installation and even called to arrange to come earlier in a weekend! The blinds in the offices also look amazing, great quality and I highly recommend! While Stoneside was not the cheapest (nor the most expensive), the value of the blinds, material and experience was worth it. I've used 3-Day blinds in the past with multiple bad experiences and would pick Stoneside every time instead.

Francisco was early, was informed on the issue, and fixed it quickly. Amazing service!

Rob did a great job with the order and BIJAN was exceptional with the installation.

Expert suggestions, expert installation, quality products, friendly people!

Dustin and Ian were great!

Working with Stoneside has been a pleasure from start to finish. Designer James was incredibly helpful explaining the options, guiding me through choices of materials, and explaining the production and installation process. Installer Justin was also very professional, talented, and did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend Stoneside.

Amun was very pleasant, knowledgeable and offered solution options. He was also punctual with great communication of the arrival time.

Dustin did a fantastic job for us.

Beautiful product and phenomenal professionalism!

Ryan and Jabari did an excellent job installing the shade at my work. Thank you for all of your help!

I'm very happy with my shades and I had a really good experience overall! Looking back at the process I'm realizing how many invisible steps everyone took to make sure there would be no surprises on installation day. Our designer Alex asked all the right questions to guide us to something we felt great about. He was detailed down to the half-inch that the baseboards stick out from the wall. Rafael came by to take detailed measurements and confirmed what we had discussed with Alex. And when he came back with AJ on installation day they worked carefully and thoughtfully, troubleshooting as challenges came up. I really appreciated that it didn't feel rushed, they understood they are installing something that I'm going to use daily for the 10 years (). The shades were a big investment for us, and the process is not short, but I'm really glad we did it with Stoneside, our time and money was well spent.

Super efficient and professional. Thank you Boston team!

We had a great experience working with Amanda, John, and Joe. The service was fast and the installation went smoothly. We love our new blinds and would recommend Stoneide Blinds to others! Thanks team! Great work! And great customer service.

We had another great experience with Stoneside! Jada was our designer on this project, and Jerry took measurements and did our install. They are knowledgable, efficient, and prioritize customer service. The new shades are beautiful. They have transformed our kitchen!

Our experience working with Stoneside in the Woodlands has been excellent from start to finish. Their customer service is top notch, and when we bumped into a few challenges, our concerns were addressed immediately. I wish every business operated with this level of professionalism.

Hector did a great job installing our blinds. We love them!

Service with Stoneside is amazing! We are happy with our roller, solar, and cellular shades. I think what makes them stand out is their commitment to servicing the customer.I had a few snags with my shades that I think were due to a product that is no longer sold. Ashley in customer service really helped to understand my concerns and worked on a solution. Our installer, Vince, worked tirelessly to make sure everything was working correctly. He put in extra time to ensure all my concerns were addressed. You can get shades anywhere, but it is rare to find a company that shows its commitment to customer service by sympathizing, thinking outside the box, and ensuring the customer is happy.

Maria was very helpful in presenting me with many choices in designs and fabric options. We landed on a Roman Shade with a nice valance. She generated AI renderings with different colors and fabrics and provided sample swatches before a final decision was reached. Isidro did a great job on the install and really helped to get the Hub set up so I can use Alexa to raise and lower the shade. Overall Maria and Isidro were a great team that made the process of selecting the appropriate product and Application very enjoyable.

I highly recommend Stoneside; the shades arrived on time, and Oliver installed them quickly and expertly. He removed the old shades and explained how each one works before he left.

We really appreciate Vince's excellent service and would highly recommend him and Stoneside Blinds. Thank you, Vince!

Another Nice motorized blind from Stoneside.. thank you Rebeca , AJ & Rafael. The blinds were exactly what we needed.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this company! From the very beginning to the final installation, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and what really stood out to us was that her recommendations were always about quality, functionality, and what would be best for our home, rather than trying to sell us something more expensive. We really appreciated feeling that she was genuinely helping us make the right choices. And then came the installation with Amun, who was just as impressive. He was extremely careful, precise, and thorough. The installation was perfect—clean, fast, and beautifully done. He paid attention to all the little details, and everything was left neat and spotless. It’s rare to have such a great experience from both the sales side and the installation side. Michelle and Amun were both fantastic, and we truly appreciate the care they put into their work. We absolutely recommend this company! 5 stars all the way!

Great selection and quality! Jason was very helpful with the design process and Oliver did a great job with installation.

Excellent process from start to finish. Antwan was great helping us select the shades. Ryan was out measuring and for installation. Very professional and careful with his work. He waited to make sure we were able to use the remote and that everything was set up correctly on our phones. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I would recommend Stoneside without hesitation.

I am so impressed with my experience with Stoneside. The team that I worked with (Alex for designing and Vince and AJ for installation), were so kind and really went the extra mile to help me. The installation process was so quick and easy, and even though they had to produce custom panels for my windows, it took about half of the time they had quoted. There was even an issue with a scratch on one of the panels that they noticed (I didn't) and they proactively ordered a new panel and replaced it for free. Are they expensive, yes, but I feel that for the quality of the product, as well as the service, it was well worth it. Alex, AJ, and Vince were all very honest with their recommendations as well as their own capabilities and worked with my budget without compromising quality. Start to finish, the experience was easy, quick, and friendly, and I feel like any questions I asked were answered with honesty. They also have an insanely good warranty, so if there are any issues down the road, I'm confident that they will take care of me.

Antwon and Efrain made our window treatment experience easy and flawless. The shades were ready ahead of time. Install was perfect. Time was taken to show us how to use all the technology. We appreciate the good, professional service we received. We would definitely use again.

Melanie and John were wonderful! Excellent, professional service and the blinds look AMAZING!

John and Amy were very helpful professional. They did a great job installing our shades. We highly recommend them!

Tom, Scott, and Amun are cool.

Stoneside was a great experience for us as clients. Anna, our designer/consultant was enthusiastic, detailed and offered great advice. She made everything very simple. AJ, our installer, worked so efficiently, cleanly and quietly…I almost didn’t know he was there. Cleaned and vacuumed everything. A pleasure to have in the house. Overall, a top-notch experience with Stoneside. Small businesses with such great reviews most often don’t happen by accident. They are run by people who care very much about their work and the product they produce. These are harder and harder to find. Stoneside is clearly still one.

Oliver did a fantastic job installing my roller shades! His attention to detail was top notch, ensuring every shade was perfectly level, aligned, and running smoothly. Highly recommend him!

Joe was great and super helpful. Amanda did great with design. We are so happy to have them here. Thank you so much!

He did a fantastic job on the measurements and the installation of all of the window treatments. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for high-quality products and installation!

Chris & Riley did a great job with design and install!

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Stoneside. The design consultation lead by Rebecca was extensive and thoughtful. She expertly helped us navigate some tricky windows, guiding us through options and helping us to understand when less is more! The installation team was equally outstanding on two different occasions. The quality of the work and service is unmatched and I'm thrilled with the gorgeous shades throughout our new home.

Reba the designer I worked with, Hannah the scheduler, and Hector the installer were all incredibly helpful, responsive, professional, and courteous. I would recommend Stoneside to anyone interested in window coverings:)

So happy to have found Stoneside and to have worked with Anna. My husband and I had been stalled in figuring out window coverings for our master bedroom -- the project became overwhelming. After finding Stoneside, working with Anna was effortless, and our bedroom has been entirely transformed. We trusted her design sense, and the logistics of measuring and installing were handled promptly and professionally. All done much quicker than expected end to end. Thank you Anna and team!

Amanda and Joe were both phenomenal. Amanda was very helpful with picking the right colors and materials for every room, and she was lots of fun. Joe was so meticulous and professional, taking care to ensure every window was perfect. Stoneside gets an easy five stars.

Great customer service and ordering process was well communicated. Handled change request well. Hector installed cleanly and courteously. Highly recommend!

Great installation by Amun: prompt, professional, courteous and polite. Could not recommend more highly.

We’ve had our new shades for a few weeks now, and so far they’re great. Amanda the designer was very easy to work with, and she quickly figured out the right priority we were trying to solve for. Joe the installer was efficient and effective. The cost is significant, but you get a custom built product that fits your specific needs????

Amun was fantastic. As is the company to deal with. On time, communication great, fixed problem correctly.

Shane did a great job with the installation—very happy with how it turned out!

I cannot recommend Stoneside more highly. The window treatments they provided are beautiful and their customer service is exceptional. Their rep, Efrain, was just here to adjust one of my motorized shades — which was covered by their five-year warranty — and he quickly fixed the issue. Then he noticed a wobbly table I had and quickly took care of that issue, too! Everyone at Stoneside is kind and professional.

Great experience working with everyone on the team! Really happy with my new window treatments!

Jason and Brandon are exceptional professionals. We enjoyed working with both of them and look forward to using Stoneside again in the future.

Joe and Melanie were great! Both were professional, personable, and efficient. The shades look great!

It is the 5th time I have purchased from Stoneside and no disappointment, still 100% on top of things. Amy, our designer and the tech Hector doing the installation are top notch, can only recommend.

Great experience with Stoneside! Brandon and Tommy were professional and very helpful. I’ve used them twice and would recommend!

The technician was exceptionally knowledgable and did wonderful work!

Stoneside exceeded my expectations! Dana and William were knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

From the salesperson to the installer it was a good, smooth process to choose and purchase the right style and design blinds. Brandon, the young man who did the follow-up measurements and final installation, was personable and incredibly efficient. I would definitely recommend Stoneside and especially tell people to request Brandon if at all possible.

Oliver was great. Service over and beyond.

William was great! Very thorough and did an excellent job.

Joe and John did a great job installing/repairing my blind. The work included the installation of a motor to replace the broken manual operating system. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this team.

Great work! Thank you, Amun for the installation and Michelle for the planning. Everything looks amazing!

The team (Melanie,, Joe and Jon) from initial contact and design to install was a great experience! Everything came out great and as promised. We will use Stoneside in the future!!

Oliver did a wonderful job installing all the blinds in our house. He was very considerate to think through before installing the rod ports on the wall and communicating to me about it. I really appreciated that because I probably would not have liked the rods on the wall by the windows. Thanks Oliver for your thorough and diligent work on the installment!

Great service from Jada and Chris!

William did a fantastic job measuring and installing lined linen draperies across wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in my apartment living room. He ironed the folds to make sure the fabric hangs perfectly. James expertly designed the draperies to achieve the elegant yet informal and functional look I was aiming for. I’m thrilled at how the Stoneside window coverings turned out and grateful to James and William for their work.

James was great!

Just got our new blinds. Melanie did a great eat job at helping us choose the blinds we needed. John and Joe did an excellent job of installing all 25+ of them in a quick, clean and beautiful way.

This is the second time I use Stoneside Blinds and they fid s great job again. Rebecca was very helpful with her suggestions for the kitchen blinders, to match the kitchen colors and fit the tight space. AJ did a great job installing them and left everything very clean.

I cannot recommend Stoneside enough. They were not the cheapest, but the quality and customer service was worth every penny. Reba took her time to help us choose the right shades for our home (never tried to upsell us, she truly listened to us and our needs). Hector was beyond professional and careful when installing the shades - his attention to detail was amazing. He walked us through setup and ensured we were all good to go. If we ever need new shades, they have our business for life.

Young man who Installed the blinds was 5 star ++++! Listened to our requests and completed them perfect. He was also very professional, verified how he Installed them was to our liking. Took time explaining the charging system & using the remote control! Give him a raise, promote him. Your company is very fortunate to have such a great employee like him. Jeff & Kathy Burnett

William did a fantastic job installing our lined linen draperies across wall-to-wall sliding glass doors in our livingroom. The folds which he ironed and the hanging are perfect. Designer James Urinyi designed the draperies exactly as I wanted so they work both functionally to block bright morning sun as well as aesthetically when we keep them open during the rest of the day and when closed. The Stoneside draperies are elegant yet informal and very high quality.

Amun was great during the install - very professional and knowledgeable. Done a great job!!

Vince and Alex were professional and thorough. I'm pretty handy, and I'm glad I didnt try to do this on my own.

I had an excellent experience working with Rob the designer and then Dave, who did the installation. Both were very professional and courteous. What I appreciated most was when they called to let me know when they would be arriving at my home. I’m very pleased with the product as well. I ordered wooden blinds for my home office and they made the room look so nice without diminishing the light from the outside. I would definitely work with this company again.

Excellent job and service for Joe and Melanie.

Jason was wonderful to work with. He greeted me with kindness and respect. He arrived punctually and with great ideas on a window solution. I would recommend Stoneside and Jason to friends and family.

We had an excellent experience with Stoneside. Our living room windows are a tricky shape and we are very happy with the solution that Alex helped us decide on. Alex was very patient throughout the process - I appreciated that whenever we were stuck on a style or color decision, he asked us clarifying questions like, “What kind of feel are you trying to achieve with this space? What’s most important to you?” and then guided us from there. AJ and Vincent did the installation and were very courteous and efficient. They even vacuumed afterwards, possibly leaving our house cleaner than when they arrived. Would definitely recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for great blinds and great service!

Rafiel is amazing! He is professional and so helpful! He diagnosed my shade problem immediately. He made 2 trips in one day: to identify the problem and then he got the right parts and returned with a fixed shade! Very happy with Rafiel's customer service excellence! Thanks Rafiel! Stoneside rocks with employees like Rafiel!

Had shades installed for our windows, but the wiring mechanics broke after a year post installation. Thankfully our shades were still under warranty and when I followed up to put in a service request to get it checked out and fixed, the service from Rafiel was quick and smooth. He arrived early was available to answer all my questions I had on site. Would recommend!

Ian was a pleasure to work with. Awesome work at a great price with strong communication throughout. Love how our install came out, under budget too!

I got new window treatments for my entire house. I am very happy with them. Alex was great to work with. The appt was in person and he brought many swatches to choose from. He really thought about the right selection for each room’s window based on location and lighting. None of the people from other quotes did that. Vince came and did the measurements and then the installation. He was very nice to work with. He was diligent with the installation process and left no mess behind. All of my shades work perfectly.

Jerry was great to work with. We appreciate his friendliness and how swiftly he handled the installation.

Dustin and Maria were AMAZING! They both were fantastic to work with and made each part of the process streamless! The blinds arrived ahead of schedule and Dustin was quick and precise on the installation! Thanks guys! Really appreciate you and your ROCKSTAR work!

Fantastic Service!! Dustin was professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Doesn’t get any better!!

My experience with Stoneside was stellar. Both Amanda and Joe were extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and service oriented. I'm very satisfied with the product and the service.

Jerry was phenomenal in the whole process and took care of us well. Initial issues with transparency and measurements were resolved because of his involvement in the job. Thanks so much, Jerry.

The designer who came out for the consult was wonderful and great to work with. The scheduling process for the install was easy, and the installer did a great job. There was a defect in one of the shades and they replaced it and came out to install the new one fairly quickly. Great company to work with!

Amun was excellent!!!! He completed our full new house with blinds and shades.!! He was very pleasant and thorough.!

Harry and Rusty made this process seamless and easy! They come to your home and have samples to talk through, they measure, and handle the install all under same company. I would highly recommend! The quality is great but the service makes this the best company to use.

Joe and Melanie were so great to work with and very knowledgeable and helped decide the best options for me. Price was the same as other companies but I feel Stoneside had added value.

Ryan my installer and Jason my sales rep were so amazing, patient and explained everything ??

Justin and Brandon did an outstanding job installing my new shades. The light-blocking technology is incredible. Highly recommend!

Amun did a fantastic job. He solved issues which we’re above and beyond the order.

We have had a lot of shades installed from this vendor. Today, Catherine and Vince did a great job on the 3 shades we had installed.

Wish we had done this years ago! I don’t know why getting blinds for the house feels so daunting (to me), but Maria our designer and Dustin the installer and measurer made it so easy and painless. We told Maria what we were trying to solve for and she dialed us into the perfect solution and then diligently made sure we got the perfect color to match our trim. Dustin made sure the sizing was exact as we have some wonky 1902 windows that aren’t standard sized. Everything was quick, methodical and super friendly. They even remembered our dog’s name which shouldn’t matter but details matter to them. Anyways, if you’re still here 10/10 get those blinds already and make it easier on yourself and work with these guys.

Installed an office door shade designed by Melanie for our Partner at Wyse Kadish LLP. Wonderful professional job!

Great experience once again working with Stoneside blinds! Both Reba and Hector we’re very professional and did a great job!. Reba did a great job, matching up some replacement blinds for us, -after we discovered the fabric had been discontinued Hector showed up right on time and did a great job with the installation!

My new living room and bedroom shades are great. Loved the motorized shades. Very slick and they sound nice and quiet. Alex the designer took the time to go through a variety of options. He gave me a good price. The in-home consultation is invaluable because I could look at the colors and location of the shades in real life with my furniture. Rafiel the Installer was very accommodating to my schedule, very upbeat and very professional. He arrived and completed right on time.

We have had Stoneside blinds on 15 windows for over 10 years now. We are very happy with them. We had an issue with one of them recently that was because of something we did wrong. Joe was our service technician. He did an awesome job - fixed our problem and taught me a couple of new things about our remote controls that I didn’t know. I highly recommend Stoneside for window treatments.

Wonderful friendly service. Maria is lovely and knowledgeable and Dustin was very professional and also knows his business .

Hector was amazing and upheld great standards while installing our shades. Addressed all of my concerns and answered my questions.

James and Craig did great per usual. Second time using Stoneside and other than an installation scheduling mix up the experience was great! Great service, great product, and ease of mind!

Stoneside exceeded all of my expectations. From the start, they were very prompt and responsive. My designer, Alex, prepared in advance by requesting photos, and arrived on time armed with lots of suitable options. My installer, AJ, was also right on time and did a beautiful job. Throughout the project I was kept informed of the status and next steps, and everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Rafael was amazing!!!!! The most detailed technician we have had from StoneSide. Our programming for the various zone was a mess and he cleared them all up and replaced a motor!

Dustin was prompt, professional, and efficient, and friendly. The blinds look awesome!

Abby was our designer and was extremely helpful providing us many options for our windows as well as opinions on the fabric characteristics and structure of our choices. On the day of install, Dave and William were efficient, respectful and took time to show us how each different window treatment functioned (electronic and manual) before leaving. We would definitely use Stoneside again.

Great Job !! Justin and Marti did a very nice job in our home we love it thank you!

We had Stoneside Blinds upgrade the large roller shades in our condo to dual electric shades. We absolutely love them! All the people we met or spoke with were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Amy (design consultant) for her great advice and John (installer) for his attention to detail and professionalism. We highly recommend Stoneside!

Joe was great - helpful and knowledgeable and offered to assist in learning about my blinds. Would certainly recommend again!

We had an excellent experience with Stoneside from start to finish. Our designer, Craig, took plenty of time during the initial consultation to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose the right styles, colors, and level of light allowance for each individual window. The entire process felt very customizable and personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. I also really appreciated that Stoneside scheduled a second measurement before installation to confirm all of the dimensions. That extra attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence that everything would fit correctly when it arrived. James handled our installation and did an excellent job. He was quick, respectful, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. He paid particular attention to leveling, spacing, and keeping everything symmetrical across the windows, which made the finished installation look very polished. Everything was accounted for on the first trip, and we had no issues during the installation. Overall, the process was organized, professional, and genuinely personalized from the initial design consultation through the final installation. We’re very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Stoneside.

Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and had lots of good ideas. She made the whole process fun and easy to pick out the shades. Joe did a fantastic job of measuring the windows and putting up the shades. Next time I need shades, I will go with this company and the same people if possible.

Shane did a great job installing our roller shades! He was professional, quick, and made sure everything looked perfect. Very happy with the installation and would definitely recommend him!

We had a terrific experience with Stoneside. Maria was our designer and Isidro our installer. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We would highly recommend Stoneside.

James was prompt, efficient and pleasant. I was at the home for a client and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly everything was wrapped up!

I had a fantastic experience with Stoneside Blinds & Shades of Atlanta! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Craig handled the initial consultation and measurements with complete professionalism and great attention to detail. When it came time for installation, James was equally impressive, efficient, respectful, and meticulous with his work. I could not be happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for top-quality window treatments!

Amun did an outstanding job installing our shades. He was extremely detail-oriented and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly. We really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. After the installation, he carefully showed us how to operate and care for the shades, making sure all of our questions were answered. The entire experience was excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Anun and Michelle were great to work with - there were a couple of glitches along the way but they were quick to respond to correct the situation. The blinds are beautiful and of high quality.

Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a problem w blinds installed 10 years ago! He was an absolute STUD walking me through reprogramming my blinds. Patient, clear, concise, and just a life saver in every way. Thank you Scott!!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Stoneside Blinds from start to finish. Michelle was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the selection process and helped us choose the perfect fabric and pattern style we had our eye on. Her expertise made the decision easy and enjoyable. When it came time for installation, Amun did an exceptional job. He was extremely detail-oriented, took his time, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. It was clear that he cared about getting every detail right and prioritizing quality throughout the process. The finished blinds look absolutely beautiful and have exceeded our expectations. Overall, the entire experience was professional, seamless, and well worth it. We highly recommend Stoneside Blinds, and especially appreciate the outstanding service from Michelle and Amun!

Thanks Maria for the design support and to Sedro for a smooth and quick install, we really appreciate it!

Hector was great installing my blinds. He was courteous, polite, and cleaned up after installation. He was running a little late, but was thoughtful to call to let me know his arrival time.

We had a great experience with Rebecca and Rafiel. Rebecca walked us through the process and was super helpful in picking out colors and options. She even took the time to research a few color interactions for us and got back to us later. Rafiel was courteous, professional, and quick. He made us feel comfortable and did a great job with the installation. I’d highly recommend them! :)

Installers James and Bijan, and designer Rob did an AMAZING job! I am so happy with my new blinds??

Alex, our designer, was great helping us sort through many options to zero in on what would work best for us. He really detailed the differences so we understood the pros and cons of each option. Ordering was easy and efficient, and AJ, our installer, was out to take measurements within a couple days. He was very professional with the installation, making sure everything was put back and cleaned up when he finished. Stoneside isn't the cheapest option, but the service and quality of the product are excellent. We are very happy with the final result!

Stoneside Blinds & Shades was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jason in Sales was incredibly professional and sharp — he really took the time to understand our space and steered us toward exactly the right shades instead of just pushing the most expensive option. His recommendations were spot-on and tasteful. On the installation side, Ryan was outstanding. I'd actually worked with him before during an office renovation at my workplace and was so impressed that I specifically requested him for my own home. His workmanship is excellent — clean, precise, and done right the first time. It says a lot when a customer follows a specific installer from a commercial job to their own house. Between Jason's expertise upfront and Ryan's craftsmanship on install day, the whole process felt seamless. Highly recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for quality window treatments and a team that actually cares about doing it right.

Catherine, Dustin, and Vince were super helpful and did a great job! Really nice fabrics and everything turned out great!

We chose Stoneside based on their excellent Google reviews, so thank you to all the other reviewers who helped us with this choice! We loved working with Anna, who came to our condo, totally "got" what I was looking for for each window, and helpfully explained all of our options. I also enjoyed my interactions with AJ (Arnaldo), the installer, who came once to take official measurements & a second time to do the install. He was courteous & efficient & skilled, and I'm thrilled by the results. I'm posting one photo of the solar shades we got for our living room (left side is shade down, right side is shade up, just for comparison). Really delighted to be able to cut down on UV and glare while still being able to enjoy the lovely view outside. Highly recommend these folks. Wasn't cheap but I think it will really be worth it.
