I purchased Stoneside motorized shades about a year ago. When one of the motors on a shade went out this month, I called their service department to see what could be done. Within a week, they had a tech out to replace the motor at no cost. My technician, Ryan (same one who did the initial install), came by and did the job expertly. He swapped the motors, re-programmed the shade and had it working like new in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and would recommend Ryan & the team to anyone looking for a first-class window treatment!

We really are very happy with our blinds, but after 8 years, some of them had issues with the rollup mechanism. Brandon came to take a look and did a great job fixing them and even took the time to explain each issue.

My shades finally came in and are up, quality is awesome and they look amazing. The customer service is awesome, Rebecca was great in answering questions and recommendations she made were the best. Carlos was great very pleasant and knowledgeable on shades, he did an awesome job in installing them. Overall very satisfied with Stoneside Blinds, totally recommend. Just had new blinds installed in our home and we are so happy with the results and service we received. From the in home consultation with Dana who was incredibly helpful with explaining the different options available from color, textures and styles. We decided to on a top-down and bottom-up cellular shades great for home providing the perfect amount of privacy and light. Our install rep Scott was incredible. He was thorough in explaining the function of our blinds, a walk through of install and courteous throughout his visit. Thankful we found Stoneside, would highly recommend you give them a call.

I used Stoneside twice now for my blinds. Ryan was my installer both times. I was very happy with both installations. Ryan goes above and beyond. He took old blinds down to the curb for me. Highly recommend Stoneside Blinds & ShI have worked with Stoneside several times over the past 4 years for manual and remote controlled blinds for my windows. Anna has been very helpful in choosing the color, weight, and type of blind, taking into account my home's style and color scheme. This most recent visit was to replace blinds due due installing a new window, and we were able to get exactly the same blinds I'd had before. Carlos installed these blinds in record time (15 minutes for 3 blinds). Very pleased with the outcome (again).

The salesperson (Jada) and the measurement/installation staff (Jerry) were real professionals. The project was completed on time as promised (9/28/24). I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds & Shades and will be doing business with them in future.

I had never worked with a professional designer before but needed new window coverings in our “new to us” historic home. Melanie from Stoneside was so great to work with! She came to the house and gave great ideas and advice. The plan we came up with was in my budget and exactly what I was looking for! Stoneside uses in-house installers which made me feel confident that the installation would be done right. Joe came twice, once to take detailed measurements and then again to install the blinds. Joe educated me on how to use the various blinds and also shared “old house” info as he also owns an old house. Both Melanie and Joe were great to work with and made me feel at ease throughout the process. And we LOVE all our new window coverings (roller shades, Roman blinds and white wood-look blinds).

Michelle took her time to create an experience, making sure we found the best shades that fit our home between my partner and I. During this time, we were consulting with other companies to vet them out, however, Michelle was the standout outside of them all. Had my Stoneside blinds installed today on multiple windows in my kitchen and living room by Vincent Watts. I am very pleased with the whole experience, from the initial contact with the company to the sets of measurements to the final installation today, which was super quick and clean. The quote was fair and in line with previous installations I’ve experienced in my last home. Vincent is a super nice guy as well, very respectful and polite, and clearly knows what he is doing. Really pleased with the outcome and the respectful way he and others in the company interacted with me. He texted ahead of time to notify me of his estimated arrival and finished the work in about an hour and a half. The work itself was stellar and he left no mess. Based on this experience, I’ll call Stoneside again to schedule shades for additional windows in other rooms.

We had some of our windows replaced, so in order to maintain the warranty on our Stoneside shades, it was recommended that we have them uninstall/reinstall them around the job. I found Stoneside Blinds & Shades online after seeing great reviews. I called to make an appointment and Amanda came out to do a consultation and walk me through the different options that I could do with the large amount of windows in my new house. She helped me find a price point that would work with my budget while still giving my home an updated decorative look. She took her time and made me feel really comfortable with the blinds I decided on. Luckily, my blinds came in earlier than expected and they sent Jon out to measure everything and then come back to install my blinds. He did an exceptional job, not only working quickly to get everything done but also went above and beyond to help me with my blind coverings and curtain rods. Vincent and Stone Side in general were just awesome. It felt like a premium experience on the sale and install side but it truly stood out when I had some problems. Super responsive, no questions asked, fixed within days. Vincent took great care of us. You really do get what you pay for with this company and they really don’t just stop caring after the sale is made. If you want a premium experience this is the way to go.

Joe and Melanie were the team that worked on our house. I have little design skills and Melanie was great to set us all up in multiple rooms with different ideas. Joe was great, put in a complex motorized black out system. Checked in multiple times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.

John, the installer was professional, fast and tidy. He also has a good sense of humor and was a pleasure to have around for the couple of hours it took to install them. This is a review that spans some time and multiple parts... nearly 5 months from start to finish and involving a team of first-rate professionals throughout. But the end result was well worth the wait! We ordered new roller blinds and valances from Stoneside in April. We chose Stoneside because of reviews and quality of materials. The process began with an in-home consultation with a designer, Anna. Anna was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the right shade material for our needs. We live in a converted warehouse/loft with a wall of windows nearly 12 feet high. And we needed material that blocked light and heat as this wall of glass acts like a greenhouse. Anna made recommendations of several options of shade, colors, draw cords, and valances. We made our selections, signed agreements virtually, paid online. We think for the size of the job and the materials we chose, as well as durability and warranty, we received good value. We were given an estimate of delivery in about 6 weeks. We had 3 hiccups in the delivery times with production delays due to our selected material being out of stock. We chose to wait for our original selection for the first delay (moving our estimated delivery to July), but then another delay was forecast to show delivery in late August. We still chose to wait for our original material. When a third delay was made in August, we decided to choose a new, in-stock fabric for the shade. Anna made this super simple once again with virtual samples sent to us that closely matched our original choice. I was then given an updated estimate of delivery by a Stoneside employee, Caleb, who indicated they were going to move quickly on this order. And quickly they did! We received a notice that we could expect the shade installation in 2 weeks. We agreed on a date that worked for us, and awaited installation. Today, mid-September, the Stoneside installation team of Carlos and Edgardo showed up on time, delivered the shades, removed the old shades and hardware, installed the new hanging hardware and shades, and took care to clean up any debris from drilling. They even disposed of the old shades for us. Carlos originally came to measure our windows after consultation with the designer back in April. He and Edgardo wore masks, were super friendly, and explained the process & navigated the high installation perfectly. The final result may be a little hard to see in the images, but we could not be happier with Stoneside's work and team. Delays in production or supply chain can happen. But Stoneside didn't leave us hanging. They did however hang some impressively beautiful shades in our loft. Thanks, Stoneside Blinds and Shades.

She was very open to my ideas and desires, but also gave great input to new and creative ideas. She really went the extra mile to be available and answer any question that I had. A cord broke on one of the shades, and because the company backs up their product with a five year warranty, a replacement was covered at no cost. In less than two weeks Carlos came when promised with the replacement, installed it within minutes, and we were back to a working shade. This company definitely sets the bar very high! Amy (our Design Consultant) was very informative and took a lot of time to sit down with us and go over every option in detail. She followed up with every step of the process and made it super smooth as first time buyers. We had two rooms done so far and look forward to doing the rest of the house with Stoneside. Trent was our installer and he was as professional as they come. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was finished with the project in a matter of minutes. Everything was perfect! it is so rare these days to find a business that performs their service with integrity and professionalism. Stoneside Blinds is such a business. I am a senior citizen, and in the old days, you could always count on good service; however, today it has become a rarity. Working with Stoneside was like working with a business back in the day when people took pride in their work and their desire to please the customer. Admittedly, I am not a very easy person to please. But I was totally pleased working with Stoneside. I recommend them without hesitation...

The designer was great in holding my hand through the process of picking out the right shades. And the installer was very knowledgeable about any potential challenges due to outside circumstances. We were in the process of replacing windows and projects needed to be completed in a specific order.
