We had a wonderful experience with Stoneside! From our wonderful designer, Antwan, to our installer, Ryan, everyone was incredibly, knowledgeable, friendly, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. After Ryan installed our first set of blinds, he noticed that the measurements on one window were slightly off (by an inch). This issue was not even noticeable, but he insisted on making it right by ordering new blinds and coming out for a reinstall. I had tried The Shade Store, by comparison, which was a very frustrating customer service experience, and we did not have a design expert for any help. They surely never came to our home and were impossible to get a hold of. Their products were also more expensive. I highly recommend using Stoneside. We will use them again for future projects!

Scott was amazing. He was meticulous and got the job done quickly. He left zero mess in my home. He was polite and considerate of my home and belongings. He communicated via text about his arrival time and estimated how long it would take. He even finished in less time than he thought. He showed me how to use my new blinds and explained my warranty. New window covering looks great and dealing with Stoneside was a pleasure! .Sarah explained the options and the process and provided many samples. Allan measured quickly and accurately and then completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Stoneside excels in quality work and customer care.

Craig was really helpful in picking out the color of the shade that was best for our home. They were able to order our shade quickly and it was ready one week before the estimated date. When it was time for the install, James arrived early and was finished within 15 minutes! He was friendly and informative about how to use the remote for the shade. Highly recommend Stoneside!

Very good

Ryan was super easy and friendly to work with! We had a slight issue with a big honeycomb blind, and he came to fix it. Timely and good communication. He explained the problem, showed us tips and tricks for getting the most extended life out of our blinds, and answered all our questions!

Justin and Vincent were fabulous!!!! And they had such great personalities and professionalism. Truly good people and the install was seamless. They cleaned so well after themselves. Left it better than the home was ! Love Stoneside.

From the first phone call to Stoneside, to meeting with the designer and finally the measurer/installer, I was very pleased all along with their knowledge and their suggestions for shades that would best suit my particular needs. It was an excellent experience all around.

Everything went precisely as promised. Appointments were kept on time, deadlines were met, installation was flawless, communication was excellent, and the window shades are very nice. With the help of the pleasant and knowledgeable representative, the new shades blend nicely with the previous ones that were a dozen years old. If only everything could go this well!

For high quality blinds/shades and white glove service, I would highly recommend Stoneside! It started with a design consultation with Anna where she walked through our house with us and helped us select great fabrics that matched the styles for each room. Then after we finalized the order, Edgardo came to take final measurements and install temporary blinds, then came back a few weeks later to install the final blinds. They were both very friendly and easy to work with and paid attention to all the important details. In the end, I’m extremely satisfied with how the blinds look and also very happy with the accompanied automation that we used for a set of 6 windows in our master bedroom. For a high quality product from start to finish, look no further!

We had no experience with Stoneside before I called for a consultation, but we had a broken (westerly) shade and didn’t want to go back to a provider we used previously. I called Stoneside based on excellent reviews and their website. Service was excellent from the first phone call, to our consultation with Maria Ng, who was patient and knowledgeable, and found a good solution to what we wanted. Dustin, who did the measurements and installation, was professional, efficient and friendly. He did an excellent job and was patient explaining the details of our new shades. After the shades were installed I just stared at the windows - no strings, easy to operate the top down/bottom up manual shades. Installation was today, so performance and quality is yet to be determined, but lots of reason for optimism .

We contacted Stoneside to get the first estimate for new interior remote controlled shades. Riley Muir called to set an appointment, and impressed us with her professional approach and personality immediately. She arrived on time, listened to what we wanted and reviewed our options, taking her time and clearly answered our questions. No "Hard Sale", just chatting. The original positive impression grew stronger. We did confer with another firm, but Riley easily secured our vote. If Stoneside had staff like her we had to sign. A few days later Francisco Villareal arranged an appointment to double check the measurements on our windows and sliding glass door. Once again we found ourselves dealing with a calm, friendly professional, working with us to develop our final plans. We feel confident our installation will reflect the quality these two representatives have demonstrated.

Well to be quite honest, going from zero window coverings and sheets as curtains to new window cellular shades is very dramatic and is so great to see the transition! But all in all, after Installing new double hung windows, I wanted shades that would open top down like my windows to aid in utilizing open windows while still get privacy. Well worth the wait although it was completed 2 weeks sooner than projected. My sales consultant Michele and installer Scott were great to work with. Very happy I used someone local that specializes in window coverings versus ordering online or using a big box store. Highly recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for new window coverings.

Everything was perfect and very professional, starting from the person on the phone I called to inquire about Stoneside, to Sarah, the design consultant who spent a lot of time helping me decide what shades to order, and finally to Alan, the installer, who did an excellent job measuring for and installing the shades as well as showing me how they work. She was given an estimated date of when the blinds would be installed, but to our pleasant surprise, it was a week sooner than was stated. Mr. Rusty installed the blinds in both rooms in less than 30 minutes. My mother and I were extremely pleased with the blinds and the service we received. This was a seamless process and we would recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades to anyone!

From start to finish, the process was excellent. Sharon, the consultant was patient and knowledgeable and helping me choose the blinds I needed for my bedroom. Allen installer came and measured to make sure it was exactly right and when he came to install, he was familiar with the room and did a great job I could not be more pleased, in the meantime, they kept in touch with the process of making the blinds so so I knew exactly when everything was going to happen

John and Dana were tremendous to work! The consultation with Dana was very valuable and see provided guidance and recommendations. Install with John was a breeze! This was our second time working with Stoneside and we already have more ideas planned.

This may be a duplicate but Stoneside and the reps who serviced our house, Amand and Joe, were topnotch and made us very happy that we found them and committed to the project with them. You can find cheaper alternatives but research will show you will not find better quality.

We love our new motorized solar shades from Stoneside. Our designer Alex led us to the perfect shades for our new kitchen. We chose a brown tone weave that looks great with black windows and cherry cabinets. They block the late afternoon glare while still allowing us to enjoy the view outside. I am very happy with the Stoneside double cell blinds which i have just had installed. Stoneside customer service lives up to the great reviews i had seen, and so far, has been excellent! With Melanie's expertise about the product and its application in different window situations, she helped me pick the perfect shades and color. Also, she was very obliging when responding to my questions/requests. John, who measured and installed, provided excellent customer service too. He was prompt, friendly, helpful and very efficient.....obviously lots of experience. The blinds look lovely. The filtered ones allow ample light, and the 'black out' effectly plunge the room into darkness. Most of my windows are 29", but 3 are wider- 4', 5.5', and 6'. All move smoothly and easily and with no effort. The widest one has an optional 'wand' (stick) to aid manual operation (since my sofa blocks easy access). It is slightly stiff to operate compared to the others, (to be expected), but it runs very smoothly also, and the mechanism feels reassuringly durable (unlike some other brands i tested!) In summary: Very good quality, great customer service, and good value when compared to equivalent 'higher end' brands :-)

Installer was quick and courteous, walking through how to use the bar to raise and lower the blinds. Installer went over the warranty and identified a flaw, working to schedule a replacement.

We decided to add black out shades for more control so they came back and added those and they look fantastic. Our designer was Treasure Workman and the installer was Francisco. This is our second time getting blinds from Stoneside, and we had a great experience! We purchased blinds for part of our house a few years ago and decided to add additional ones. They helped us find great colors that work with our space, the products are high-quality, and the two tiny issues that we had that weren’t the company’s fault (slight tear in one blind and a handle that broke on another from sun exposure over the years) were fixed at no cost this time. They actually replaced the blind that had the small tear, which is amazing. The installer, Dustin, was friendly, professional and super efficient - I couldn’t believe how quickly the install went. 10/10 experience, which is super rare these days with really anything you buy! I’ve added a couple pictures though. I’m not really sure it does justice.

We installed Stoneside blinds in our home many years ago and are very happy with them. They work very well and have stood the test of time. Recently a couple of our blinds had some issues that needed some repair. We called Stoneside and they sent Rusty to take a look. He not only got both repaired in record time but did it in a very professional manner: he upgraded the chords so they would not have issues anymore (using a metal chord connector to replace the plastic one that had a tendency to pop-out) and literally took a blind apart and put it back together to repair a tangled chord that had gotten stuck. Nothing like a 10-year old blind that works like new. Highly recommend them. Quality products and service.

The Stoneside team did a great job with our blinds! Our designer, Anna, was really patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. She listened to all of our needs and was really collaborative in coming up with options and refining them to something we were really happy with. The team attended to details of install. I really appreciated that Carlos did both the final measurement and the actual install, so there was no room for misinterpretation or error. Edgardo and Carlos completed the install much quicker than expected, and left everything clean. There was a manufacturing issue with one of the blinds, which they spotted before I did, and I have full faith that they will personally follow up on making sure the replacement is fabricated and delivered. My only frustration with Stoneside during this project was that there was a delay with some boxes getting lost en route to the warehouse, and there did not appear to be an expedited process for scheduling installation once those boxes finally arrived. It added quite a bit of time to the overall project. But that is entirely out of control of the design and install team, who were stellar!

We have had the shades for 4 months and for the most part have been great. We recently purchased a second controller as we had one controller for 11 shades in three different rooms. We are using the second controller for the 3 shades in the bedroom and the first controller for the other rooms. Our orginal installer, Dustin, came out to install the new controller. While he was here, we had him regroup the shades into a more convient grouping. I had had trouble getting somfy connected to alexia but when i tried to show Dustin how it would not add the skill, it added the first time. Cool. We are very happy with all the shades and the multiple ways we can control them. The shades are also added to my smartthings hub so a routine closes the sun facing shades when the brightness from a smartthings multisensor reached a level.

Both John (the installer) and Abigail (the designer) were super cool and professional. Abigail was great at giving me some directions on what to go with and John was prompt and did his job perfectly and was super nice to talk to. The shades look really nice and clean Really happy!

We love our stoneside blinds! Have had them for 8 years in various sizes. Remote controlled ease and terrific light diffusing. We just needed a quick repair on one and Dustin was fabulous.

Let me start by quoting our Stoneside Installation Individual, Brandon, "Wow, these really elevate the whole room!" I couldn't agree with Brandon more. The Stoneside Designer, Jason Miller, worked with us to help create a fantastic solution that not only addressed our various aesthetic requirements, but also checked off all of the technical and functional needs as well. The drapes are impeccable and have beautiful cross talk with all of the elements in the room. However, it doesn't stop there, the walnut real wood blinds, combined with the tan colored roller shades do triple duty: 1.) The Blinds match our Mid Century Modern wood pieces throughout the room; 2.) They allow us to direct the light when needed and 3.) The Rollershades provide a functional protection from the UV rays while at the same time allowing us to still look out in the garden area. Between Jason's design assistance and Justin and Brandon with their check-measure and installations, this was an absolute FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. Thank you! Will definitely be my go-to for future projects.

Ryan and Al did a great job installing our curtains. They worked quickly and efficiently, but still took their time steaming and making them look perfect! This is our second time working with jason, the designer and just like the first time around, he was great to work with. He helped pick out the most beautiful curtains that matched the rooms perfectly. We will definitely be working with stoneside again as we continue adding curtains to our home!

I had an excellent experience with Maria and Chris from Stoneside. My window treatments look great and the process of getting there was made easy by the team. Scheduling was easy and the company was able to work with my schedule. Maria, the designer I worked with, brings both expertise and patience, directing me to the best options for my needs and then holding up sample after sample to help me find the right fit for my space. She even returned to my place to resolve a few final questions before making the final order. In addition to all of that, she is easy to communicate with and great at making people comfortable. Chris did a lovely install. He was friendly, on time, and efficient. Beyond that, the installation went smoothly. Delighted with both the final product and the experience.

What an amazing experience, from start to finish . . . and could not be happier with the final outcome. The Stoneside designer, Jason Miller, helped to create a trio of Window Treatments that upped the "wow" factor in the room and elevated the whole space. We knew that we wanted to replace the drapes that we had in the space originally, but we also wanted to be able to control the natural light in the room. In addition, we also wanted to have a degree of protection from the UV rays, but not obstruct the view. What Jason helped design is absolutely amazing. He took into consideration our overall style as well as the cross talk between the various areas within this "great-room," just fantastic. In addition, we had great experiences with two of Stoneside's installers, Justin did a great job during his check measure and Brandon was phenomenal during the installation process. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient he was. This was a true five star experience. Thank you to all three of you!

I had panel curtains on my master bedroom window for years but SO glad I finally changed them. The room looks cleaner, larger, and the dual blackout and sheer shades are a game changer. For me, I do sleep better because of the blackout shades. I don’t regret them, but I do regret that I didn’t get them sooner! Thanks to both Harry and Rusty!

Every part of our experience with Stoneside was wonderful! Abby measured during a snowstorm and didn't complain for a second, she was kind, knowledgeable and quick. She suggested blinds that fit my family's needs and didn't mind me emailing her 100x before finally committing ;) From there, Tommy came by for a second measurement - he was super flexible with timing and great with communication. Finally, William installed - he was wonderful! He made the entire experience so easy, especially during a work from home & kid school vacation week - a brutal combo. The shades are perfectly mounted and look incredible. Thank you to all!
