Mike's favorite thing about his job is meeting new people (and pets!) every day. An experienced window covering installer, he particularly enjoys the challenge figuring out the fine details of tricky projects. His favorite shades to install are motorized rollers, as that taps into his aptitude for tech and programming. When he begins any project, his goal is that when it is done, his clients will be smiling and happy with the resulting transformation. Mike was born and raised in the Bay Area and lives here today with his cat, Dustin. He loves that he can drive an hour in any direction to explore a different microclimate of the beautiful surrounding area.

With over 20 years of experience, Dustin is a window covering perfectionist! He enjoys being able to provide seeing a client's home transform in just a matter of hours after installing window treatments and being able to see multiple customers in the same day. When Dustin isn't helping his customers create their perfect space, he enjoys playing frisbee golf and rock climbing!

With several years of experience in the home industry, Justin knows the best way to deliver for his clients. His favorite part of working with people in their homes is being able to finish projects for his customers and them be able to see an instant change. When Justin isn't helping his customers transform their homes, he enjoys traveling to Hawaii and Louisiana to enjoy local cuisines!

A lifelong resident of the Seattle area with over 25 years of design experience, Heather knows how to make Washington homes shine! Heather's favorite part of working with clients in their homes is the ability to be creative and helping people realize their visions. When she isn't transforming homes, Heather enjoys sailing and shopping at vintage markets!

Having worked with real estate agents, stagers, and beyond, Cody knows just how to make a space tick. He loves being able to be creative and helping his customers' ideas come to life. When Cody isn't transforming his client's homes, he enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, going dancing, and hanging out with friends!

James has years of window covering design experience. He has a passion for working with colors and textures and a keen eye for creating window covering designs that totally change up the look of a space. He believes design should be fun, and gets his clients involved in every step of the process. His appointments are all about learning about their dreams and vision for the space. James looks forward getting started on developing a perfect design that hits on your every need while also fitting within your budget.
